Eligibility for Refunds
1. Canceling orders before 30 days of the event/program is 75%
2. Canceling orders before 15 days of the event/program is 50%
3. No refund for canceling orders within 15 days of the program/event.
Refund Process: User should send an email to info@greenmentors.world for
cancellation of the order.
Refund Methods: The refund amount will be credited back to the original credit
/debit card.
Processing Time: Refund will be processed within five working days.
